As a key member of our automation infrastructure team, you will play a pivotal role in designing and maintaining cutting-edge automation-based systems and solutions that drive flexible, innovative, cost-effective, compliant, and quality-focused manufacturing of biopharmaceuticals.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, configure, program, and qualify advanced Rockwell factory talk systems (DCS), thin manager, asset centre to meet current and future business needs.
* Develop in-depth understanding of protocols such as OPC, UPC-UA, MQTT, TCP/IP, HTTP to ensure seamless integration and data exchange.
* Implement effective monitoring, alerting, and response mechanisms to tackle network, system, and application issues affecting functionality and availability.
* Provide technical expertise and support for troubleshooting, investigations, installations, and training to ensure smooth project delivery.
* Design and deliver end-to-end data solutions to cater to evolving business requirements and stay ahead of the competition.
* Oversee the successful transition of projects from development into production environment, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
* Migrate data from legacy systems to new applications with ease, leveraging your technical skills and knowledge.
Our ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline. A minimum of 3 years of experience is required for the Engineer role, while Senior Engineer requires 5+ years of experience.
