Role PurposeTo safely and efficiently handle, move, store, and supply materials, components, and finished goods across the facility. The role supports production flow, inventory accuracy, and workplace safety through competent forklift operation and effective material management.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate forklifts, pallet trucks, and other material‑handling equipment in a safe and compliant manner.Supply production lines with required materials according to schedules and instructions.Load and unload lorries, including securing loads, checking documentation, and ensuring safe movement of goods.Move, store, and organise raw materials, components, and finished products.Maintain accurate records of material movements using scanners, paperwork, or digital systems.Conduct daily forklift safety checks and report defects or hazards immediately.Ensure all materials are labelled, stored, and stacked safely and correctly.Assist with stock counts, cycle counts, and inventory accuracy initiatives.Follow all site safety rules, traffic management plans, and PPE requirements.Support housekeeping standards in storage areas, yards, and production zones.Collaborate with production, logistics, and quality teams to maintain smooth workflow.Skills & ExperienceValid forklift licence and proven experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.Demonstrated competence in loading and unloading lorries safely and efficiently.Strong awareness of safety, load limits, and correct handling procedures.Ability to read job sheets, labels, and inventory documentation.Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.Computer, tablet, scanner literacy required.Personal AttributesReliable, punctual, and safety‑conscious.Calm under pressure with strong attention to detail.Proactive in identifying issues and supporting continuous improvement.Positive attitude and willingness to assist across departments when required.Physical RequirementsAbility to lift, move, and handle materials within safe limits.Comfortable working on feet for extended periods.Ability to work in warehouse, yard, or production environments.Job Type: Full-timePay: From €31,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
