We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Associate Director in Transaction Services. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in transaction services, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the majority communications with clients, which requires strong leadership, communication and presentation skills. Additionally, they will need to have experience in go to market/Business development and a strong network within the local Private Equity market and 3rd party providers.
Key technical areas that the applicant should have experience in include:
* Quality of Earnings: Helping the client identify one-off income costs which should not be considered within underlying earnings
* NWC: Identify the drivers of the evolution of NWC over the historical period and establish a NWC benchmark (peg)
* Forecasts: Use your analytical skill set to critically assess the target's forecast and identify potential risks and upsides, based on historical trends, sales pipelines, and your knowledge of the business based on discussion with management
The ideal candidate will also have a qualified ACA and at least 3 years PQE in a TS related role.
