The Sr.
Commercial Finance & Ops Manager will be part of ArisGlobal's Commercial team and support the Company's global Sales and Commercial organizations.
This position is expected to interface with Executive Management, as well as all parts of the Finance & Accounting groups to ensure rigorous analysis and responsive communication to all stakeholders.
The Sr.
Commercial Finance Manager will be strongly motivated and an independent self-starter.
The Sr.
Commercial Finance Manager will report directly to the Director of Commercial Finance and Sales Ops.Responsibilities Develop and execute consistent Pricing policies and strategy across all product domains
Ensure Pricing is accurate and evaluated consistently to factor in cost and maximize profitability
Use pricing prowess to oversee and lead RFP process to ensure all RFPs/RFIs are completed timely and ensure accurate pricing
Partner with Global Sales & Commercial teams to drive accountability in Annual Recurring Bookings & Non-Recurring Bookings forecasting and reporting on a quarterly basis
Develop KPI metrics and perform detailed analysis of the Global Pipeline while incorporating these metrics and analysis into the forecasting and reporting processes
Maintain an accurate Annual Contract Value (ACV) on an ongoing basis for Executive Management team reviews
Partner with Sales Operations to ensure Salesforce data quality and accuracy
Drive continuous improvements within FP&A and the Sales and Commercial teams to streamline monthly/quarterly/annual processes
Support in ad hoc requests as needed
Your Experience Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field.
5+ years of Commercial Finance experience or Pricing experience (ideally within software/technology industries)
Experience with a Financial Reporting and Forecasting Tools (Salesforce)
Ability to work in a global environment with teams spread across the United States, Europe and Asia
Ability to handle multiple assignments, process good judgement, and prioritize projects and time
Ability to communicate effectively to all levels within the organization
Develop high levels of credibility and display strong team building and business partnering skills
Must possess excellent analytical (MS Excel), conceptual, and problem-solving skills
