Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to partners and associates within the Commercial team.
* Manage email and diary scheduling, ensuring seamless coordination of meetings and appointments.
* Oversee client onboarding procedures, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements.
* Handle billing processes, including time entry, invoicing, tracking client account balances, and following up on outstanding payments.
* Prepare, edit, and format legal documents, templates, and correspondence with precision and professionalism.
Requirements
* 4+ years of experience as a Legal Secretary, PA, or Executive Assistant;
* Proficiency in client billing and payment systems, with a solid understanding of financial processes.
* Advanced in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational abilities, with the capability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Typing speed of at least 70 words per minute, coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
