Job Title: Clinical Nursing Team Lead
A leading nursing home in Wexford, Ireland seeks a highly skilled Clinical Nursing Team Lead to oversee the delivery of exceptional patient care and services. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in clinical leadership, staff management, and quality improvement.
The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring that high standards of clinical practice are maintained across all areas of the nursing home. This includes developing and implementing policies and procedures to promote best practices, monitoring medication administration and compliance with regulations.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing strategies to enhance service delivery and improve patient outcomes.
* Liaising with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
* Maintaining accurate records of medications administered and monitoring drug levels.
