Overview
Based in our Cork Office, PM Group have an opportunity for an experienced Procurement Administrator to join their busy Procurement Department.
Reporting to the Commercial Services Manager the Procurement Administrator will be responsible for supporting the Procurement Department activities associated with Capital Projects.
Responsibilities
As a Procurement Graduate at PM Group, your day to day role would involve, but would not be limited to the following activities in assisting project procurement personnel:
Ability to work co-operatively within a group and across PM Group to achieve PM Group goals in a respectful manner.

Work as part of a multi-disciplined team on projects in the following
Demonstrates professionalism when representing the project / PM Group.
Assist in prequalification process.
Assist with preparation of bid lists.
Assist in preparation of Request for Quotations (RFQs) and Request for Tender (RFTs).
Assist with co-ordination of RFIs.
Assist with change management.
Assist in evaluation of tenders and preparation of tender reports.
Assist with reconciliation of tenders with package budgets.
Manage Equipment procurement schedules (EPS).
Manage the day to day systems which the department uses: Commercial Manage System (CMS), Cork Business Unit SharePoint, Sourcedogg.
Assist with valuation of change orders, interim payments and final accounts.
Ability to focus efforts and energy on successfully achieving standards of excellence in delivery of goals and objectives.
Qualifications
A degree in Business or Supply Chain level 7 or 8
Ability to work in a vibrant multi discipline project environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong work ethic
