Our Clients in public health are seeking experienced and compassionate Senior Clinical Psychologists to join multidisciplinary teams across a range of acute, community, and specialist mental health services in Dublin.
This is an excellent opportunity to provide high-quality psychological assessment, intervention, and clinical leadership within progressive healthcare settings, supporting individuals across the lifespan with complex mental health and emotional needs.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and formulate evidence-based treatment plans
Deliver individual, group, and multidisciplinary psychological interventions
Provide clinical supervision and support to junior psychology staff and trainees
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary healthcare and mental health teams
Contribute to service development, audit, and quality improvement initiatives
Maintain accurate clinical records and uphold professional and ethical standards
Requirements
Doctorate or equivalent qualification in Clinical or Counselling Psychology
Registration with the Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI) or eligibility for registration
Significant post‑qualification clinical experience, ideally within public health or mental health services
Experience working with complex mental health presentations and multidisciplinary teams
Strong leadership, communication, and clinical decision‑making skills
