Ensuring accurate and timely processing of Payroll. Maintaining a high level of accuracy and compliance with Irish employment Law and revenue requirements, liaising with both External and Internal Stakeholders.Key Responsibilities• Process weekly and monthly payrolls accurately and within agreed deadlines• Ensure full compliance with Irish payroll legislation, Revenue requirements, and employment law• Maintain accurate employee payroll records, including starters, leavers, and changes to pay or benefits• Administer statutory deductions including PAYE, PRSI, USC, pensions, and other benefits• Prepare and submit payroll reports for management and statutory authorities• Reconcile payroll accounts and investigate and resolve discrepancies promptly• Act as the primary contact for employee payroll queries, including payslips and deductions• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure data accuracy and efficient payroll processing• Support audits, year-end payroll activities, and statutory reporting requirements• Contribute to continuous improvement of payroll processes and controlsKey RequirementsMinimum of 3 years Payroll experience ideally within Ireland.Strong knowledge of irish Payroll legislation, Revenue online service as well as Payroll software like Sage and Excel is essential.Strong Numerical skills with excellent attention to detailBonusIPASS qualificationExperience with multinational PayrollPlease note: Applicants must be based in, or within commutable distance of Dublin.
