Business Operations Administrator - Fixed term contract 8 months Ireland Job Identification285 Job Category Business Operations Posting Date PM Locations 3090 Lake Drive Dublin, IE Job Function Co-ordinator Job Description Responsible for managing end-to-end billing processes, inventory and logistics administration and customer case handling to ensure operational efficiency and billing accuracy.

Key duties include preparing and validating billable data, resolving meter reading exceptions, coordinating PO renewals, and supporting e-maintenance connectivity.

Oversees second-hand stock management, liaises with logistics partners for relocations and terminations and ensures timely invoicing for stock sales.

Responsibilities Manage Billing Prepare billable data to ensure contracts are ready to bill to include collection and validation of usage data, entering and uploading data accurately and promptly.

Increase the number of machines being invoiced using e-maintenance readings by working with the E-Maintenance team to advise them of related issues.

Manage meter reading exception and error reports working to resolve issues and ensure billing accuracy.

Proactively request PO renewals from the customer as and when required and enter these into the system for prompt and accurate billing.

Inventory and Logistics Admin Manage 2nd hand stock administration including requesting asset creations and upload 2nd hand stock to CPQ.

Manage stock sales to broker including ensuring timely and accurately invoicing.

Send monthly update to service and sales.

Liaise with logistics partner to ensure accurate recording of 2nd hand stock and stock for scrap.

Periodic stock take of second hand machines inventory.

Receipting of logistics costs on PPO.

Customer Contacts (SDFC Cases) Triage and route cases to the relevant resolver group.

Take ownership for cases on PO renewals, meter readings, customer request for Canon as a supplier documents (e.g., insurance liability certificates etc.) and complete with in the SLA.

Identify and manage opportunities to improve processes and Customer Experience Qualifications Previous inventory administration experience.

Ability to analyse large volumes of data and summarise effectively.

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office packages, Word & Excel essential Salary: Up to€39,721per annum (dependant on experience)
