Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Chef de Partie to join our team at Anatolia Cafe & Restaurant. The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience in a similar role and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and cook starters and main courses to the highest standard during service hours
* Maintain food quality and presentation while ensuring dishes are produced on time for customers
* Assist in managing kitchen stock levels and help maintain a well-organized kitchen environment
* Collaborate with the head chef to ensure seamless service operations
* Cook food to order, adhering to health and safety protocols and maintaining high standards of kitchen hygiene
* Contribute to running a section of the kitchen, working closely with other chefs to achieve exceptional results
