We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to play a key role in high-profile projects.

Key Responsibilities:
* Cost Management: Full cost management responsibility for construction projects, particularly those involving concrete works and precast elements.
* Estimation: Produce detailed cost estimates, cost plans, and budgets from early project stages.
* Contract Administration: Draft and manage contract documents, demonstrate strong knowledge of commercial contracts and their application.
* Liaison: Liaise with design teams to ensure project alignment and cost clarity.
* Post-Contract Services: Oversee post-contract activities including variations, progress measurement, and final account agreements.
* Cash Flow Management: Monitor and control project costs to ensure delivery within budget, prepare tender documentation and support procurement processes.
* Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments and implement cost-control strategies.
* Claims and Variations: Evaluate and process variations, claims, and change orders.
* Financial Reporting: Deliver accurate financial reports and forecasts, including final accounts.
Requirements:
* Educational Background: Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
* Work Experience: Minimum of 5 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor, with significant exposure to concrete works.
* Skill Set: Strong track record in cost control and project management on complex construction projects, proficient in MS Office Suite and construction software tools.
* Personal Qualities: Ambitious and self-motivated, with a long-term growth mindset, fluent in English.
