Key Responsibilities
* Contribute to the development and implementation of EY’s Reward strategy, supporting initiatives that ensure our compensation and benefits programmes remain competitive and aligned with market trends.
* Assist in the annual salary review process, including data preparation, proposal development, communications, and system testing.
* Support the delivery of compensation-related programmes, ensuring they are well-managed and meet the evolving needs of the business.
* Assist with benchmarking and survey submissions, helping to shape our reward positioning through market insights.
* Analyse reward data to identify trends and generate insights, contributing to the development of practical and innovative solutions.
* Support the management of EY’s benefits portfolio, ensuring offerings are benchmarked, clearly communicated, and aligned with employee needs.
* Contribute to strategic reward projects, providing support across a range of initiatives as required.
* Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders across HR, Finance, and the wider business.
