System Support Specialist
About the Role
We are seeking a capable system support specialist to coordinate activities from simple tasks to complex plans. The successful candidate will provide on-site and on-call assistance to end-users within the desktop computing environment, ensuring optimal service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Troubleshoot computer OS and peripherals
* Perform hardware and software installations (understanding of deployment tools like SCCM)
* Basic knowledge of SOE and group policies
* Printer support
* Good knowledge of MS Office tools installation & troubleshooting
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and people skills, field experience supporting various technologies and services, advanced technical abilities, and solid troubleshooting skills applicable to Windows, Apple, and virtual operating systems.

* Excellent communication skills in both oral and written form
* Customer-oriented and cool-tempered
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, PC/Laptop hardware, and PC/Laptop peripherals is essential. Basic knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange, Apple OS, and SCCM is also desirable. Relevant IT qualifications include PC/Laptop OEM Maintenance Certification, CompTIA A+ Certification, Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) certification, or Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Certification.
Experience
* At least 2 years of relevant experience
* Ready to travel up to 20 miles as per the requirement
