Salesforce is looking for a Programs/Strategy Analyst to join a successful Business Operations team in Continental EMEA. The role will report into the Head of the Continental EMEA SalesDev & ECS Business Operations team, supporting our Central, North, South & Emerging and French teams in SalesDev and ECS. The position will be based out of our Dublin Office. The Programs/Strategy Analyst role is an instrumental role within the Sales organisation and features a mix of program planning/coordination/execution based on performance trending analysis, and partnering with sales leadership as a key stakeholder. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with the right drive and experience to work with a high performing sales team.
Deliverables include making recommendations based on trends, owning a productivity improvement plan aligned with sales/marketing and other satellite functions, and regularly briefing executives and owning various cross‑functional initiatives.
Responsibilities
Analyse the health of the business by interpreting key performance metrics
Coordinate all contributors to field activation activities; deliver briefings, continuous improvement in content, report on results and successes, assess effectiveness, recommend areas of improvement
Work with Sales Managers and business strategy stakeholders
Be responsible for a consolidated demand generation plan/calendar to meet defined pipeline generation targets, taking into account region priorities
Create and drive programs including planning process, involving key stakeholders in business development, ECS and management, align with marketing and enablement, while developing best practices
Ensure full engagement of teams in relevant field activations via ongoing communication and review of results
Build executive presentations, present to and consult with mid and senior level management on trends and progression
Align global initiatives and messaging to targeted industries, segments and teams
Identify and promote best use of demand generation tools and AI within sales teams, share best practices and innovations across countries and segments
Desired Experience
2+ years’ experience in a similar role or business development, sales readiness, marketing or sales, business operations in a high‑tech environment. Combination of these an advantage
Proactive, creative and innovative thinker; able to generate consistently new ideas for driving and supporting divisional priorities through sales programs
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills and a quantitative approach to solving problems
Proven track record in driving field activations/campaigns/programs through and with a sales organisation
Strong networking, relationship‑building, communication and influencing skills
Strong organisational ability; experienced in planning and managing a systematic approach to demand generation through sales teams
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self‑motivated, organised, detail‑oriented and resourceful
Highly collaborative style with strong influence skills
Flexibility and ability to adjust on the fly to new demands; sense of urgency
A second European language alongside English is desirable
BS/BA required; MBA a plus but not required
