About the Role
We're looking for a hands‑on IT Systems & Infrastructure Engineer to keep our digital environment running smoothly, securely, and efficiently.
You'll play a key role in maintaining and evolving our IT ecosystem — from endpoints to cloud infrastructure — ensuring users stay productive and systems remain resilient.
What You'll Do
Deliver Reliable IT Operations:
Oversee day‑to‑day IT service delivery, responding quickly to incidents, user requests, and system alerts.
Diagnose & Resolve Complex Issues:
Investigate and resolve hardware, software, and network performance problems, ensuring minimal downtime.
Deploy & Maintain Devices:
Configure and support servers, desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and scanners across the organization.
Administer Cloud Identity & Access:
Manage Azure AD / Entra ID for users, groups, and security roles to maintain secure and efficient access control.
Support Microsoft 365 Ecosystem:
Oversee Exchange, Share Point, Teams, One Drive, and related Saa S platforms — optimizing collaboration and compliance.
Manage Assets & Licensing:
Track software licensing and hardware inventory, ensuring compliance and cost‑efficient procurement.
Protect & Maintain Systems:
Conduct backups, patching, and endpoint protection while enforcing best‑practice security controls.
Maintain Network Infrastructure:
Support VLANs, WAN, fibre, and Wi‑Fi environments, assisting with structured cabling and connectivity improvements.
Enable Secure Remote Work:
Manage remote access, VPN tools, ticketing systems, and IT documentation to keep distributed teams productive.
Promote Cyber Awareness:
Reinforce cybersecurity practices through training, phishing simulations, and continuous compliance monitoring.
Collaborate for Business Impact:
Work closely with stakeholders to align IT services and infrastructure with evolving business needs.
What You Bring
Experience: Minimum 3 years in IT Operations, Systems Administration, or a similar technical support role.
Technical Foundation: Strong grasp of Windows OS, enterprise environments (Windows/Mac/Linux), and networking fundamentals.
Security Awareness: Understanding of firewalls, network segmentation, and system hardening.
Problem‑Solving Mindset: Analytical thinker with strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
Independent but Collaborative: Able to take initiative while keeping stakeholders informed.
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
Automation: Experience scripting in Power Shell or using Power BI for workflow automation and reporting.
Modern Security Concepts: Familiarity with device compliance, conditional access, and zero‑trust frameworks.
Governance & Compliance: Understanding of ISO, SOC 2, and other regulatory or audit requirements.
Advanced Protection Tools: Knowledge of endpoint protection, behavioral analytics, or application control systems.
