The ideal candidate should be a subject matter expert in Payments, with 3-5 years of experience, having worked on large payments transformation projects. You will work closely with client Business/IT teams, internal development teams, and Payments product vendors.Role ResponsibilitiesInteract with business owners, product teams, vendors, application owners, external and internal customers to identify requirements and deliver within stipulated timelines.Manage the delivery of engagement outcomes for clients.Participate actively in high-level business and project review meetings for payments system modernization/transformation.Gather, analyze, and document requirements from business stakeholders.Collaborate with delivery and implementation teams to ensure domain inputs are provided and solutions are delivered and implemented effectively.Work with technical teams to ensure requirements are clear and well understood.Leverage over 3 years of industry experience in Tier-1 BFSI organizations, focusing on Payments, including Low and High-Value Payments, Cross-Border Payments, and related regulations such as SEPA, Faster Payments, and PSD.Experience with SWIFT ISO messages, Faster Payments, CHAPS, BACS, and Instant Payments.Understand the global Payments landscape, instruments, and key industry players for retail and wholesale payments.Act as a catalyst between business and IT teams.Document operational procedures and terms & conditions for regulatory changes.Skills & Qualifications3+ years of Payments experience.Expertise in messaging schemas and message formats.Proven experience in business analysis of payment solutions.Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead domain discussions with BFSI customers.About NTT DATANTT DATA is a $30 billion global leader in business and technology services, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
