Transformation Project Manager
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and lead project activities within assigned commercial workstreams.
* Develop detailed project plans aligned with programme timelines.
* Support requirements gathering, translating business needs into ERP solutions.
* Oversee testing activities, including defect management, validation, and sign-off.
* Support change management, training, and deployment for successful implementation.
* Monitor progress, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation.
Candidate Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years' experience leading projects in complex environments.
* Proven experience in ERP implementations; IFS Cloud expertise is beneficial.
* Strong understanding of commercial processes, sales, project delivery, and service management.
* Ability to lead without direct authority, influencing cross-functional teams.
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
* Degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
* Professional certifications like PMP or Lean Six Sigma are preferred.
