We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations & CRM Executive to support our growing team.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and has a passion for improving systems and workflows.
You'll work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and contribute to the ongoing development of our CRM platform (Salesforce).
Key Responsibilities Operations Assistant● Assist in the execution and improvement of operational processes.● Support subcontractor onboarding, scheuling and compliance tracking.● Coordinate project audits and post-completion reviews.● Manage service calls, warranty requests, and customer follow-ups.● Handle grant documentation, reporting, and internal communications.
CRM Assistant● Assist in the ongoing development and optimisation of our Salesforce CRM.● Implement automations and process improvements to enhance team efficiency.● Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with internal teams and developers.● Maintain dashboards and reporting tools to support data-driven decisions.● Support customer journey mapping and ensure CRM accuracy across departments.
What We're Looking For● Experience with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce.● Strong problem-solving and process improvement skills.● Great attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.● Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.● A tech-savvy mindset with the ability to pick up systems quickly.
