My client is looking for ahands-on Manufacturing Engineerto support high-volume manufacturing cells at their Swords facility. This role suits someone with a strong mechanical/manufacturing background who enjoys being on the shop floor and driving continuous improvement.Key responsibilities:Supporting and improving existing manufacturing processesDefining and validating processes for new or upgraded productsSupporting assembly jigs, fixtures, and test equipmentProcess analysis, quality reporting, and problem solvingWorking closely with production teams and design engineers to ensure products are designed for assemblyRequirements:Degree in Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent)Minimum 2 years' experience in a mid to high-volume manufacturing environmentHands-on mindset with strong problem-solving skillsTeam-focused with a proactive, can-do attitudeDesirable experience:Lean / Six Sigma toolsData analysis (Excel, Power BI, SQL, VBA)Industry 4.0 or real-time manufacturing dataFixture design and technical drawings (GD&T)
