We are seeking a dynamic Customer Support Representative based in Ireland. Join us to assist and support the millions of players enjoying our games globally.
Tasks
* Provide technical support for our mobile games across multiple platforms, managing player tickets with support engineers
* Engage with a global player base, offering technical advice and assistance
* Identify, prioritize, and resolve issues efficiently, collaborating with departments like production, QA, design, programming, legal, and marketing
* Use research skills to develop solutions and improve support services
Requirements
* Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
* Excellent communication skills in French, both verbal and written
* Ability to quickly understand technical concepts and explain them to users with varying technical knowledge
* Experience playing mobile games is preferred
