RCH Facility Services is looking for a skilled maintenance/handyman to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in general property maintenance, repairs, and upkeep.
Responsibilities:
* Carry out general maintenance and repairs across residential properties
* Respond to tenant maintenance requests in a timely manner
* Conduct inspections and identify necessary repairs
* Coordinate with contractors and suppliers when needed
* Ensure properties are kept in excellent condition
Requirements:
* Experience in property maintenance, handyman services, or a related field
* Knowledge of carpentry, painting and general repairs
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* A full driver's license is a plus
