Job Description
The Role:
We are seeking a Reception / Administration Assistant, ideally at junior level, though experienced candidates will also be considered to join our team.
This role will be most suited for someone that is confident, hospitable and proactive in taking accountability of the reception and its duties at Wickham Farms in Killarney.
This role will play a critical role in making sure our people and our customers will be greeted in a polite, professional manner, ensuring that the company is represented to the highest standard.
The ideal candidate is someone with a bubbly and warm nature, who stays calm under pressure, and who can juggle the varied and competing front-of-house tasks from answering phones, directing phone calls and completing administrative tasks.
This role is on a full-time basis, Monday to Friday.
What you'll be doing
Managing front-of-house reception duties, including greeting visitors and handling phone enquiries
Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
Providing administrative support for customer order running sheets, warehouse teams and drivers' delivery notes including manifests and invoicing
Filing and reviewing all returned paperwork
Scanning and filing documents to maintain accurate and up-to-date records
