* Annotating, moderating, and reviewing AI-generated content to ensure it meets high standards of quality and relevance.
About the Role:
* Resolving reported issues and inquiries via ticketing system in a timely and efficient manner.
* Monitoring reports of abuse on the platform and enforcing clients' Terms of Use.
* Staying up-to-date with client's products and community standards to provide accurate and informative responses.
* Utilizing market knowledge and insights to develop scalable solutions that improve user experience.
* Analyzing data to identify trends and patterns, escalating issues outside company policy to the global team.
* Identifying inefficiencies in workflows and suggesting improvements.
Language Skills:
* Fluent GERMAN language skills (C1-C2) for oral and written communication.
* Advanced level of English (C1).
