This role will work collaboratively with Therapy Area team colleagues across a portfolio of products to support the delivery of strategic and tactical brand plans.
You will partner with the business to ensure key processes are completed in an effective, compliant and timely manner.
Your responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Support the TA Head, Product Managers, and Product Executives within the team on various marketing projects and development of promotional materials.
* Offer analytical and operational support, conducting both qualitative and quantitative analysis on data to assist decision making.
* Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
* Purchase Order management.
* Provide administrative support.

We are looking for an individual who can meet the following criteria:
* Educated to degree level in any Science, Marketing, Business or other relevant subject
* Clear motivation and ambition to gain experience in a therapeutic area environment
* Ability to evidence skills which are transferrable to the business environment (e.g., good time management, teamwork) experience of successfully working with teams through work, academic and/or extracurricular activities
* You will be able to demonstrate
* Proactivity – ability to work independently and proactively under own initiative, taking responsibility and driving projects and activities to a successful conclusion
* Analytical thinking – can understand and use complex data and can communicate complex data to a wide range of professional and lay audiences, adapting their wording and style to suit

* You will be IT savvy and highly proficient with Microsoft office (Outlook, Excel, PPT skills and Word at Advanced Level)
* Experience within UK/Ireland healthcare and /or pharmaceuticals environment is an advantage, but not necessary
Additional Information
Please ensure that you are willing and able to live within commutable distance of the company site before applying. This placement is based in Dublin, Ireland and we would like you to be in the office a minimum of 3 days per week, to aid your development in working with and learning from your team. You will need to be eligible to work in Ireland.
