SLG Operations Manager
Our organization seeks a skilled professional to oversee the safe and compliant installation of Signage, Lighting, and Guarding (SLG) at roadwork sites. Clients require someone to manage all traffic management plans and ensure safe working conditions for road crews.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement SLG solutions in line with traffic management regulations.
* Coordinate teams during sign, barrier, and lighting installations and removals.
* Conduct site inspections and risk assessments to guarantee public and worker safety.
* Communicate with local authorities and utility companies to secure necessary permits.
* Maintain accurate records of SLG setups and inspections.
* Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and legal requirements.
Requirements:
* Valid SLG/SOLAS card or equivalent qualification.
* Experience in traffic management or civil engineering.
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
