We are seeking a skilled and experienced Contract Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional experiences for clients. As a key member of the team, you will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of workplace services, workplace experience, and business collaboration.


Job Responsibilities

* Contract Management: Manage contracts for staff, operations, and maintenance of other services.
* Team Leadership: Lead contract teams and indirectly supervise subcontractors.
* Talent Development: Maintain competent teams and implement succession planning arrangements.
* Leadership and Guidance: Provide leadership, guidance, advice, coaching, and direct support for best practice selection, training, assessment, and recognition/reward.
* Communication: Communicate effectively through reviewing, leadership, and direct contribution to management and team meetings.
* Reporting and Documentation: Prepare correspondence, monthly and ad-hoc reporting, and other publications.
* Issue Resolution: Report and address issues impacting building and facilities, collaborating with relevant stakeholders to resolve tickets and jobs.


Requirements

* Facilities Management Experience: Relevant experience in facilities management is essential.
* Business Acumen: Achieve business goals with a focus on excellence and passion for challenges.
* Customer Focus: Develop strong customer relationships by listening and satisfying customer needs.
* Goal Setting: Establish clear, measurable goals and take ownership of responsibilities.
* Judgement and Decision-Making: Demonstrate excellent judgement, decision-making, and influencing skills in complex situations.
* Technical Skills: Be comfortable with new technologies and digital tools.
* Software Proficiency: Have experience with Microsoft Office.
