Job Responsibilities
* Contract Management: Manage contracts for staff, operations, and maintenance of other services.
* Team Leadership: Lead contract teams and indirectly supervise subcontractors.
* Talent Development: Maintain competent teams and implement succession planning arrangements.
* Leadership and Guidance: Provide leadership, guidance, advice, coaching, and direct support for best practice selection, training, assessment, and recognition/reward.
* Communication: Communicate effectively through reviewing, leadership, and direct contribution to management and team meetings.
* Reporting and Documentation: Prepare correspondence, monthly and ad-hoc reporting, and other publications.
* Issue Resolution: Report and address issues impacting building and facilities, collaborating with relevant stakeholders to resolve tickets and jobs.
Requirements
* Facilities Management Experience: Relevant experience in facilities management is essential.
