What You'll Do
Design and build large-scale, secure, and highly available applications.
Architect and implement cloud-native solutions on AWS, leveraging API-first, microservices, and container-based designs.
Work across the stack using TypeScript, Python, Rust, or Go, and frameworks like, Django, and React building front ends, internal and external API driven services.
Design and optimise data systems, including relational databases, ORMs, and analytics platforms such as Elasticsearch or Snowflake.
Collaborate with product and design teams to refine requirements and translate ideas into deliverables.
Drive agile development practices, rapid prototyping, iterative validation, and CI/CD pipelines.
Mentor and guide engineers, fostering technical excellence and collaboration.
What We're Looking For
8+ years building and scaling production-grade software systems.
5+ years designing cloud-native applications on AWS.
Strong experience with data modelling, ORMs, and distributed data systems.
Proficiency in one or more modern languages (TypeScript, Python, Rust, Go) and familiarity with full-stack development.
Experience leading technical discussions and influencing architecture decisions.
Comfortable in fast-moving environments with evolving priorities.
Interest in DeFi and blockchain is a plus (not required).
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (preferred, not required).
