What Youll Be Doing: Act as a trusted advisor to managers on ER cases, policies, and employee matters.
Lead or support investigations, disciplinary hearings, and grievance processes.
Provide clear, confident guidance on employment law and HR best practices.
Help drive engagement, wellbeing, and retention initiatives across sites.
Maintain accurate records, support audits, and ensure HR compliance.
Collaborate with the wider HR team on projects, reporting, and continuous improvement.
What Were Looking For: 34 years HR experience, with strong exposure to employee relations.
Solid knowledge of Irish employment law and HR processes.
Confident, practical, and calm when dealing with sensitive issues.
Excellent communicator who builds trust and influence with all levels.
Able to manage multiple priorities in a hands-on, fast-moving setting.
CIPD qualification (or working towards it) is a bonus.
