We are seeking a passionate, hands-on Coffee Shop Manager to lead daily operations, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities
* Operational Management: Oversee daily café operations including opening/closing, inventory control, and adherence to health and safety regulations.
* Team Leadership: Recruit, train, schedule, and motivate staff to maintain high performance and morale.
* Customer Experience: Ensure consistent, high-quality coffee and food service; handle customer feedback professionally and promptly.
* Financial Performance: Manage budgets, monitor sales targets, control costs, and optimize profitability.
* Inventory & Supply Chain: Maintain accurate stock levels, manage supplier relationships, and minimize waste.
* Brand & Standards: Ensure the café reflects the company's brand, cleanliness, and presentation standards at all times.
* Marketing & Community Engagement: Support local marketing initiatives and build community connections to grow the customer base.
Qualifications & Skills
* Proven experience as a Coffee Shop Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar role in hospitality or retail.
* Strong leadership and team development skills.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
* Solid understanding of café operations, coffee preparation, and customer service principles.
* Financial literacy (budgeting, cost control, reporting).
* Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer applications.
* Flexible schedule — ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Education
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* Hospitality or business management qualification preferred.
