HR Advisor Opportunity at Artemis Human Capital
We are partnering with a multi-site food manufacturing organisation to recruit an HR Advisor. This is an exciting opportunity for Senior HR Administrator or HR Advisor seeking to work in a large-scale food manufacturing business.
About the Role
* Reporting into the HR Business Partner, you will provide HR support across the full employee lifecycle.
* You will lead on all employee relations cases, including investigations for disciplinaries and grievances.
* Liaising with managers to facilitate and deliver training.
* Manage performance management activities, including conducting performance reviews.
* Assist in rolling out company-wide engagement initiatives.
* Monitor levels of absence management across the organisation.
* Organise occupational health appointments and manage long-term sick cases.
* Assist with end-to-end recruitment, including conducting interviews when required.
* Address HR queries raised in the HR inbox, employees and departmental managers.
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years Human Resources experience.
* Skilled in leading on employee relations cases, monitoring attendance and conducting performance reviews.
* Proficient in implementing engagement initiatives, utilising HRIS Systems and addressing HR queries.
* Obtained CIPD Qualification or HR Degree.
