General Manager's Assistant
This is a varied and exciting role that allows you to be creative in bringing your ideas and initiatives to life. As the General Manager's Assistant, you will work closely with the site's General Manager and Operations teams to drive communication and deliver high-quality service to internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and coordinate onsite employee engagement events, including competitions, celebrations, and handouts.
* Manage communication channels across the Fulfillment Center, including newsletters, corporate communications, and site-specific message boards and feedback channels.
* Act as the site Charity Champion, coordinating charity budget and working with central teams to embed network initiatives.
* Manage recognition programs onsite for associates and drive participation amongst leadership team and associate population.
* Be responsible for diary management and coordination of travel and administration for the General Manager and leadership team.
Requirements:
* Demonstrable experience in event planning, communication management, and diary organization.
* Ability to effectively prioritize and deliver multiple assignments while serving as point of contact for a large team.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
