Job Description
As a Transaction Services Director, you will lead and manage financial due diligence engagements across M&A transactions, including buy-side and sell-side due diligence. You will provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients, oversee quality control processes to ensure all deliverables meet the highest professional standards, serve as the primary point of contact for clients during engagements, managing expectations and building lasting relationships. Additionally, you will supervise and mentor junior team members, fostering their technical and professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
