Accounts Payable & Payroll Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable & Payroll Administrator to join our finance team. The successful candidate will support the day-to-day finance functions, including payroll administration, accounts payable, and general finance support.

Responsibilities include:
* Managing all aspects of the Time & Attendance (T&A) system and end-to-end payroll processing.
* Administering payroll reporting, including tax submissions, reconciliations, and employee query resolution.
* Processing high volumes of accounts payable invoices and credit notes across multiple currencies and legal entities.
* Ensuring appropriate VAT treatment across various jurisdictions.
* Acting as the main point of contact for ERP-related accounts payable queries.
* Liaising with internal departments to follow up on outstanding items and ensure timely payment processing.
* Performing regular bank reconciliations and assisting with ad hoc reporting and administrative tasks.


The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong overall PC skills are required. Clear and confident verbal and written communication skills are necessary. Experience working with ERP systems is advantageous.
