Roles and Responsibilities
Responsibilities
* Promote the principles of Play with emphasis on Aistear & Siolta frameworks
* Plan activities appropriate to the care and development of the children.
* Promote awareness and appreciation of inclusive education
* Develop strong relationships with parents and other team members
* Demonstrate an enthusiastic ability to work as part of a team
* Afterschool personnel are required to assist with homework, school runs and planning activity programs
The successful candidate must have
Experience & Qualifications
* Be self-motivated, enthusiastic and energetic
* Have strong interpersonal skills and be an effective communicator
* Must be a holder of at least level 6 qualification up to level 7 bachelors degree in Education or Montessori Education
* Ideally, afterschool personnel should hold a full clean driving licence for two years
