Financial Controller Assistant
The position of Group Accountant is a key role within the organization, requiring a high level of financial expertise and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly group management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
- Oversee and assist site support staff and accounts office staff in their day-to-day activities.
- Approve and audit payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Monitor key financial KPIs and prepare management reports with actionable insights to inform business decisions.
Skill Requirements:
- A qualified accountant with 3-6 years of post-qualification experience (CIMA, ACCA, ACA).
- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong Excel skills; experience with Sage and POS systems an advantage.
