Project Finance Analyst

The Role
As a Project Finance Analyst, you'll act as a key finance business partner across a growing portfolio of projects—combining financial control, commercial insight, and real-time decision support in a dynamic, site-linked environment.
Responsibilities
Manage project budgets, forecasts, and cash flow models in collaboration with project teams
Deliver robust project reporting including P&L, WIP, and margin analysis
Monitor performance, identify variances, and drive corrective action
Support commercial decisions on contracts, variations, and cost analysis
Partner with stakeholders to translate financial data into actionable insights
About You
Experience in project or commercial finance (construction, engineering, or infrastructure preferred)
Strong understanding of project accounting, cost control, and revenue recognition
Confident working with project managers / quantity surveyors in a fast-paced environment
Advanced Excel skills and experience with finance/ERP systems
Commercially minded with strong communication and stakeholder influencing skills
