Job Title: Project Manager – Building Delivery (Data Centres)

The Opportunity
An excellent opportunity to join a leading main contractor specialising in high-spec mission-critical and data centre projects across Ireland and Northern Europe. The Project Manager will take full responsibility from pre-construction through to handover, managing complex building delivery scopes within live data centre environments.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the construction programme from planning through to completion, ensuring safe, right‑first‑time delivery.
* Manage and coach site and engineering teams, coordinating specialist subcontractors.
* Implement robust health, safety, and quality processes; oversee inspections and close‑out procedures.
* Control preliminaries and subcontract packages, collaborating with the Quantity Surveyor on cost, risk, and opportunities.
* Manage changes and claims professionally, maintaining clear communication with client and design teams.
* Provide accurate progress and performance reports to senior leadership.
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years’ experience managing complex commercial building projects (new build and fit‑out).
* Proven background in mission‑critical or MEP‑intensive environments such as data centres, pharmaceuticals, or advanced manufacturing.
* Strong planning, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
* Commercially aware, with a pragmatic approach to problem‑solving.
* Proficient in MS Office and familiar with mainstream scheduling tools such as MS Project or Primavera.
