Job Title
Our organization is seeking a dedicated and skilled Early Years Educator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the delivery of high-quality early childhood care and education in a safe, secure, and stimulating environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the staff team in delivering a program of the highest standard and in accordance with Aistear and Síolta.
* Guide, observe, stimulate, and supervise children in a safe and caring environment as part of the team.
* Act as a positive role model and promote a culture of excellence within the service.
* Ensure the safety, security, and well-being of all children in your care.
Requirements:
* A minimum FETAC/QQI level 6 in Early Childhood Care and Education or equivalent DCEDIY-approved certification.
* QQI level 7 or 8 in Early Childhood Care and Education would be desirable.
* Strong passion for the needs and development of the individual child.
* Knowledge of child development.
* Good communication skills.

Hours and Salary:
40 hours per week. From 15.50 per hour.
