Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to oversee private home sales across a number of new housing schemes. This role involves hands-on management of sales activity, close collaboration with sales negotiators on the ground, and tracking performance progress.
Key Responsibilities:
* To build and maintain strong relationships with sales agents to drive performance across multiple developments
* To manage day-to-day sales activity including pricing, unit releases, offers and sales approvals
* To agree and review sales targets, monitoring progress and responding to local market conditions
* To oversee launches, events in collaboration with Sales teams
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years experience managing multiple negotiators across various developments.
You should also hold relevant qualifications in Real Estate or be from an agency background specialising in New Homes.
