Maintenance Technician Role
Our goal is to have a highly skilled maintenance technician working with our team to support the operation of equipment and facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Troubleshoot equipment problems in collaboration with the operations team to ensure reliable plant operation.
* Perform routine maintenance and upkeep on various equipment systems.
* Minimize downtime through efficient troubleshooting and preventive measures.
* Apply reliability engineering principles to optimize equipment performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Understand GMP compliance requirements and regulations.
* Previous experience in dealing with process deviations is essential.
* Hold technical certifications related to electrical systems, calibration, and instrumentation.
* Strong audit skills providing technical assurance are required.
* Drafting of SOPs, WIs, and PMs would be an advantage for the ideal candidate.
