We are recruiting for a Reception Supervisor to provide quality service to our guests and colleagues, in line with the Forbes Five Star standards and The Red Carnation Hotels standards

Key responsibilities of the Reception Supervisor will include:
* Be fully familiar with all Front of House systems and procedures, ensuring they are implemented consistently while on duty.
* Train, lead, and motivate the team to ensure all duties are carried out in line with Hotel Standards.
* Supervise daily operations in a hands-on capacity in the absence of the Front Office Manager.
* Assist the reception team with all arrivals and departures in a friendly, efficient manner consistent with Hotel Standards.
* Support the reservations team with reservation processing as required.
* Operate the computerized system for reservations, arrivals, and departures, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
* Contribute to the department's goal of providing guests with the highest levels of care and personal attention, anticipating their needs and taking initiative to exceed expectations wherever possible.

Profile :
* Be a self starter, and enjoy working within a friendly and productive team.
* Have previous supervisory experience within a similar role.
* Demonstrate strong communication skills & attention to detail.
* Have the ability to handle busy situations and manage your workload effectively.
* Have a friendly & outgoing personality.
* Be enthusiastic & flexible.
* Be legally eligible to work in Ireland.
