You will play a crucial role in conducting a wide range of Home Energy Surveys for domestic properties. Your work will involve detailed home energy assessments, pre-installation validation surveys, and laser scanning using state-of-the-art equipment.The accuracy and precision of your work are essential to maintaining our high standards of service delivery.Key Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive single and multiple-measure installation surveys for energy efficiency upgrades.Utilise Laser measuring equipment to capture precise property measurements.Perform detailed Home Energy Assessments in strict adherence to SEAI guidelines.Execute thorough pre-installation validation surveys to verify quotation details and ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.Process variations to project quotations for energy efficiency upgrades.Contribute to our commitment to quality by actively participating in continuous training and development based on performance data.General Requirements:Cert, Diploma, or BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying or ConstructionStrong technical competence and understanding of building science, physics, and engineering principlesIn-depth knowledge of building regulationsFamiliarity with S.R.54:2014 Code of Practice for retrofitting works in IrelandExpertise in SEAI Energy Efficiency Grant ProgramsExcellent communication and IT skillsProven ability to learn and adaptPositive, proactive, and flexible attitudeFull driving licenseMinimum of 3 years' experience in a construction-related roleSalary and Benefits:Competitive salary of €50,000 per yearMonthly pay via EFTStandard working hours: 8am - 5pm Monday to Thursday, 8am - 5pm FridayApply only if you meet all the requirementsJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: Up to €50,000.00 per yearBenefits:Company carCompany eventsSick payExperience:SEAI Energy Efficiency grants program: 1 year (required)Building Surveyor: 3 years (required)Licence/Certification:Full EU driving licence (required)Work authorisation:Ireland (required)Work Location: In personApplication deadline: 27/10/2025
