We are presently seeking applications for a Telephone Sales and Customer Services agent to join our busy team in Cork City. This is an all-year-round full-time position in a progressive company and will suit candidates who enjoy responsibility, being part of a team and working in a fast paced and busy environment.Key responsibilities include:Answering and directing numerous incoming callsBasic telephone and online sales managementCRMProvide escalation of service & deliverySkills requiredKnowledge and experience in a busy customer service position for at least 2 yearsKnowledge and experience of sales and invoicing platformsAbility to manage large numbers of incoming calls and queriesExcellent organisational skills and accountabilityAbility to maintain high standards of friendly professionalismKnowledge of the marine industry an advantage but not essentialJob infoHours of work: 40 hours per week based around operating days of Monday to FridayA review of position after 3 months of startingAnnual leave: 20 days per year apart from bank/public holidaysAccess to Company Pension SchemeOpportunities to progress within the companyReporting to the Department Manager
