Preconstruction Design Manager
A leading construction firm in Dublin is seeking an experienced Preconstruction Design Manager to play a crucial role in shaping early project strategies and managing complex designs.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8-12 years of experience in design management with a degree in Architecture, Engineering, Building Services or Construction Management.
The key responsibilities include:
* Developing and implementing strategic design plans for projects;
* Liaising with clients, architects and engineers to ensure successful collaboration;
* Maintaining high levels of quality control throughout the project lifecycle;
* Evaluating risks associated with each stage of the tender process and providing recommendations on mitigation strategies.
