This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys solving complex problems with minimal supervision.Key ResponsibilitiesSystem Support & OwnershipProvide day‑to‑day Salesforce support, including user inquiries and access managementAct as a subject matter expert and product owner for one or more Salesforce modulesManage priorities, deadlines, and deliverables across multiple workstreamsGuide team members on task prioritization and problem resolutionWork independently to troubleshoot issues using structured problem‑solving approachesRequirements Gathering & AnalysisPartner with stakeholders to understand business needs, challenges, and objectivesElicit, document, and analyze detailed functional and system requirementsTranslate business problems into effective Salesforce solutionsConfigure and customize Salesforce to support complex business processesDesign and maintain custom objects, fields, workflows, flows, page layouts, and sharing modelsCreate and review functional and system specifications across multiple projectsCommunicate progress, risks, and blockers clearly to stakeholdersData Management & ReportingMaintain high data quality by identifying and resolving inconsistenciesDevelop advanced reports and dashboards to support decision‑makingAnalyze data across Salesforce and integrated systems to provide actionable insightsAct as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholdersLead workshops and meetings to capture requirements and align on solutionsPresent complex ideas clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiencesProcess ImprovementIdentify and implement opportunities to improve system efficiency and workflowsDocument processes, data flows, and system interactionsContinuously assess and enhance existing solutionsRequirementsSalesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (or equivalent)Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Systems Analyst with a strong Salesforce focusProven experience working with cross‑functional and geographically distributed teamsStrong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a proactive, results‑driven mindsetExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsTechnical SkillsDeep knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilitiesProfiles, Permission Sets, and Permission Set GroupsCustom objects, record types, and page layouts (Lightning & Classic)Sharing rules and security models (including SSO with MFA)Automation tools (Workflow Rules, Screen Flows, Triggered Flows)Change Sets and deployment processesData management, data modeling, and system integrationsAdvanced reporting and dashboard developmentData Loader and data migration toolsNice to HaveExperience with business analysis techniques (process mapping, wireframing, data analysis)Strong documentation skills for complex workflows and system designsExperience contributing to large‑scale or multi‑project environments
