This role focuses on converting residential solar opportunities into sales while delivering a high-quality consultative experience to homeowners.All customer appointments are pre-qualified and scheduled for the consultant, allowing you to focus on the consultation, solution design, and closing deals rather than lead generation.The successful candidate will report directly to the Head of Growth.The Candidate Will Be Responsible ForManaging residential solar enquiries from initial contact through to saleConsulting with homeowners to understand their energy needs and usageConducting site visits and initial suitability assessments (training provided)Explaining solar PV systems, energy savings, and available grants/incentivesPreparing and presenting tailored solar proposals to customersFollowing up on quotations and progressing opportunities through the sales pipelineManaging deals from lead stage through to signed contractHandling inbound enquiries professionallyMaintaining accurate records and pipeline updates in the CRM systemDelivering a consultative, educational sales experience for homeownersBuilding trust and long-term relationships with customersEnsuring clear communication throughout the customer journeyMeeting and exceeding residential sales targetsMaintaining a strong conversion rate from company-provided appointmentsIdentifying opportunities for referrals and additional salesProviding feedback to management on market trends and customer needsWhat We’re Looking ForProven experience in B2C or B2B salesStrong communication and relationship-building skillsComfortable speaking with homeowners and guiding them through a consultative sales processSelf-starter mindset with the ability to manage your own pipelineOrganised and comfortable using CRM systemsFull clean driving licenceWhat We OfferCompetitive base salary plus performance-based commissionOTE €65,000+ per annumPre-qualified and scheduled customer appointmentsComprehensive training and onboarding designed to give the successful candidate the bestpossible opportunity to succeedFull product and technical trainingFuel cardLaptopCompany phoneCompany vehicleSupportive team culture with direct access to managementLong-term career opportunity in one of Ireland’s fastest-growing sectors
