We deliver end-to-end services — from consultation and design through to installation and aftercare — with a strong focus on innovation, sustainability, and quality and a safe work environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist roofers and electricians with the installation of solar panels and associated PV electrical equipment.Support in reviewing equipment for damage, malfunctions, and maintenance.Capture and record all necessary imagery and documentation, ensuring timely submission for grant processing.Adhere to the SEAI Domestic Solar Photovoltaic Code of Practice for Installers.Provide excellent customer service by communicating with clients throughout all stages of installation.Collaborate effectively with the install and administration teams to keep projects running smoothly.Carry out additional tasks as required to support the team and project delivery.RequirementsComfortable working on roofs and at heights.Strong focus on Health & Safety practices.Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.Customer-focused, dependable, and flexible, with pride in quality workmanship.Ability to meet the team daily at our headquarters in Loughrea, Co.
