 
        
        We are seeking a skilled and friendly full-time hotel Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and hospitable environment.
Responsibilities:
 * Display, at all times, a friendly, courteous and professional manner in all interactions with guests, patrons and other employees.
 * Attend or read the handover briefing at the beginning of your shift to ensure that you are aware of any special requirements for the day.
 * Greeting guests as they arrive and checking them into their rooms
 * Handling guest inquiries and providing information about hotel amenities and services
 * Managing phone calls and email correspondence
 * Ability to quote and be familiar with room and rate availability for current and future dates.
 * Ability to accept reservations, changes and cancellations in the absence of reservations staff.
 * Handling guest complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
 * Managing room reservations and ensuring accuracy of guest information in the hotel's booking system
 * Maintaining a clean and organized reception area
 * Collaborating with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations
 * Perform tasks and projects as delegated by the manager on duty.
Requirements:
 * Previous experience in a customer-facing role
 * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
 * Knowledge of Microsoft Office and hotel booking software
 * Available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
