This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who is looking to gain broad hands-on experience across events, campaign support, marketing operations, and brand activities within a fast-paced SaaS technology environment.Reporting to the Acuitas Brand Manager, the Marketing Coordinator will support the day-to-day delivery of marketing activities across the business, with a strong focus on event coordination, marketing logistics, campaign support, and collaboration with internal teams. The role includes practical hands-on support for industry events and trade shows, including preparing, organising, and coordinating marketing materials and merchandise for shipment and on-site use. This is a hybrid role, requiring attendance in the office three days per week.Key Responsibilities:Support the planning, coordination, and on-site management of industry and standalone events, ensuring delivery on time and within budget, including logistics, materials, timelines, and post-event follow-upAssist in the development and execution of event activation strategies, including pre-event, during-event, and post-event activitiesSupport the design and creation of marketing assets, as well as the sourcing, management, and distribution of Ocuco materials for events and campaignsManage merchandise inventory, ensuring timely delivery to events and maintaining appropriate stock levels for all marketing and industry activitiesCollaborate closely with the marketing team and product stakeholders to support day-to-day brand and campaign activitiesAssist with the execution, delivery, and performance monitoring of marketing campaigns aligned with the brand marketing strategy, including social media, email marketing, and direct mailSupport the updating and maintenance of company databases and CRM systems, as requiredCarry out ad hoc marketing activities to support wider team and business objectivesThe minimum requirements:A degree in Marketing or a related discipline, such as Business, Advertising, or Media1 - 2 years’ experience in a marketing, events, or customer-facing roleA strong interest in marketing and events, with a desire to build experience in a B2B environmentFamiliarity with major social media platforms and a basic understanding of digital marketing principlesExcellent organisational skills, with strong attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively and take direction from multiple stakeholdersPerfect fluency in written and spoken EnglishDesirable Experience:Previous experience in the software, healthcare, or optical industryExperience supporting or coordinating eventsFamiliarity with HubSpot or similar CRM and marketing platformsStrong interpersonal skills and confidence when working with internal teams and external partners
